Contours was established just over 10 years ago in the United States and now boasts many hundreds of studios located across 27 countries. Our unique 29 minute circuit program has been designed for women of all ages and fitness levels to improve their health and wellbeing in a safe, fun and supportive environment.

In Australia, Contours operates under a Master Franchise Agreement. The Master Franchisor (Australasia Franchise Group), based in Sydney with with local representatives in each state where we operate. Our extensive team of experienced business people and fitness industry professionals support the growth of the system and ensuring to maintain the quality and brand standards necessary for a strong franchise system.

Contours opened its first studio in Australia in March 2005 and by October 2009 already has more than 180 operating studios plus more than 20 other territories under development.
